Giant's Molars Area, From Approach Trail

The Giant's Molars area is located to the east from Frog Prince. The best approach is to park at the main parking area directly below the Enchanted Tower, and then take a level footpath to the right that stays low and goes around into a sandy wash. Do not go up toward the Frog Prince. Follow this wash up for about a hundred yards. The Giant's Molars are clearly visible up to the right (east). The best trail up starts down and right from the formations.

This route climbs the face and arete just to the left of the cave entrance. A rubbly start leads to the first bolt. One of the first ascensionists was heard to comment: "The sloping ground makes me angry." 8 bolts
